The Cinnamon Stick has a lot of history...beginning in 1984 with Doyle's Country Porch...a store in our home for seven years while the babies became grown-ups. In 1991,when our youngest went off to college, we moved the store to Morgantown, PA. where The Cinnamon Stick (named by a friend) planted it's roots for nine years. It soon earned the reputation of being one of the favorite country shops for finding primitive antiques and unique handmade crafts. Needing room to grow, in 1999 The Cinnamon Stick moved to it's present location in Hereford, PA. (No more moving!!!)Housed in a historic stone building, built in 1820, you will find two main floors filled with country antiques and handmade crafts, along with country gifts, candles, potpourri, lamps & accessories, and many other unique treasures to fill your home.
